My name is Wesley " MOOSE" Parton I was born and raised in Stevenson, Alabama which is located on the northern end of Lake Guntersville. I have fished Lake Guntersville with my dad and Great Grandfather since the age of 4. I owned my first boat at the age of 12 and ever since then I was hooked on fishing. I was not even old enough to drive , but I would be out on the water in my boat fishing everyday rain or shine. I started out fishing small dogfight tournaments where I learned a lot, then I excelled and join some small bass clubs.

As the years went by my fishing bass club tournaments didn't fulfill the competitive desire I had. Looking for more, I moved on to more competitive tournament trails like Bassmasters, BFL, and FLW Series tournaments. With my success I then chose to become a guide on North Alabama's premier lakes. This would allow me to share the knowledge I have acquired from thousands and thousands of hours on the water. I have built Pro Team Guide Service into one of the top guide services on Lake Guntersville and Neely Henry because I have a commitment to the angler. You, the angler, are my priority and I want you to enjoy your trip as YOU catch the fish!

I attended the Marine Mechanics Institute in Orlando, Florida and am a certified boat tech. by trade. I have always been great with people and learned that I am a great teacher. And that is my goal ..Not to just let you catch fish ,but to show you why the fish are there and every little detail about it. I Promise we will have a fun and great time on the water!

I practice catch and release but can provide still shots of your day/catch upon your advanced request. Specializing on Lake Guntersville and Neely Henry but also guide other Northern Alabama Lakes. All equipment provided including snacks and drinks.
